Protein Rice Cakes
Time: 10-15 mins
Serves: 6-8
- Kelkin Rice Cakes
- Kelkin Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana Chopped
- Rowse Honey or Fruitfield Raspberry Jam
- For the Blueberry Almond Smoothie:
- 300g frozen blueberries
- 250g oats
- 500ml Alpro Soya Original Drink
- Handful (30g) almonds
- 400g Alpro Vanilla Big Pot
- Simply spread a generous layer peanut butter on to your two Rice Cakes
- Then layer it with the chopped banana
- Finally, serve with a drizzle of honey to give it the extra sweetness!
- Alternatively, you could add a layer of Fruitfield Raspberry Jam instead of honey
For the Blueberry Almond Smoothie:
- Pop all the ingredients into the blender.
- Turn on your blender!
- Pour it into a glass and enjoy. Couldn’t be easier!
